Shipping policy

SHIPPING DETAILS: 

• Shipping to anywhere in Ireland can take up to 2-3 working days. 
• Minimum cost for postage is €10
• All orders over €100 have free shipping

RETURNS DETAILS: 

• We want you to be happy with your purchase, however we do offer returns/exchanges/store credit where necessary.
• It is your responsibility to ensure that your returns arrives with us, and we recommend that you send your items via a registered/insured delivery method, which should also provide you with a tracking number. 
• Items must be returned to us within 28 days of delivery, in the condition that they were received.
• The original invoice should be included as it speeds up the returns process.
• Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be processed and refunded to your card/exchange sent out. 
• Items which have been damaged will not be refunded.
